Welcome to ShipSilently! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ShipSilently platform and services provided by Slewsoft, a partnership organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
ShipSilently is a feature flag management platform that allows developers and teams to:
- •Create and manage feature flags
- •Control feature rollouts and targeting
- •Monitor feature flag performance
- •Integrate with development workflows
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Promptly update your account information as needed
- •Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- •Interfere with or disrupt the service
- •Upload malicious code or content
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Fees

- •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- •Prices may change with 30 days’ notice

- •Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
- •You authorize us to charge your payment method
- •Failed payments may result in service suspension

- •ShipSilently and related trademarks are owned by Slewsoft
- •The service and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws

- •You retain rights to your content and configurations
- •You grant us a license to use your content to provide services
8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime
- •We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- •Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
8.2 Support
- •Support is provided via email and our support portal
- •Response times vary based on your subscription plan
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- •OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
- •WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- •SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slewsoft from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
- •You may terminate your account at any time
- •Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
11.2 By Us
- •We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- •We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first.
14.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
